It was lovely to meet up again with old friends and traders some of whom we haven't seen since last year. We were more or less moored up in the same spot as last year with the usual crowd of characters so fun and shenanigans were bound to take place.
Below is one boaters gourmet version of cheese on toast Yum. Goes well with a hangover. Framed for posterity by Croc The Vinyl Cut artist.
Weatherwise this year we didn't experience the wonderful heatwave of last year however the weather gods were kind to us on Monday which brought the crowds out to play.
From what we saw everyone had a good time, there were lots of smiley happy faces greeting us along the towpath.
We ended the weekend feeling tired but as always we'll have some lovely memories to cherish.
New friends were made, old friends were greeted with joy and hopefully as we all go our separate ways it won't be too long before we meet up with each other to do it all again.
Last but not least a big thank you to everyone who came to see us, our next festival is at Middlewich in June so do come along and see us there.
You can follow our updates between now and then on our Facebook and Twitter pages too.
Hope to see you all again soon
